Digitizing Services

Digitizing is a process which takes a jpeg, bitmap, vector, etc., image or artwork and puts it into a stitch program which then is fed to the embroidery machine in an embroidery format.  There are two main ways this is done.  One way is to "auto-digitize" the image, which, if the artwork or image is VERY clean, could be faster, but the quality is not as good.  We prefer to manually digitize our work.  It consumes a little more time and is more work for us, but the result is much nicer to look at.  Besides, we want to be proud of what you are wearing, or displaying, just as much as you want to look nice doing so.

There is some fine print you should know about when it comes to digitizing and embroidery.  The "Embroidery Police" take unlawful use of copywritten material very seriously, in turn, we do as well.  Images such as, but not limited to, company logos, and cartoon characters may be copywritten.  Copywritten images cannot be digitized and reproduced without signed, written consent from the owner of the copyright.  This is VERY important!  All that being said, we stock thousands of graphics, fonts, and images, which we have rights to.

Cut/Plot Vinyl Applications

Cut/Plot Vinyl items have a few more steps than the printed vinyl applications do.  With cut vinyl, every color in your design has a clean edge, there will be no gradient color changes, and in some cases, the number of colors in your design may deterimine how many layers of vinyl your item will be.  Not to worry, we put the layers together, for you, and in most cases your item will come in 1 piece.

We will be adding a price list soon.
